Improve control options for fan outputs/control.

There are several OEM PWM fan controllers available and SPAL has a range of PWM controlled brushless fans, currently FOME has no good method of control.

Technically this is possible to achieve in a GP PWM output with CLT on one axis, however advanced features like AC Uplift, Engine Stopped control and Idle adder are not easily added.

Suggest a simple 1D Curve of CLT v Duty and the following:

• adjustable drive frequency
• DC adders for A/C
• cool down timer for post engine stop
