Midi Fighter 3D Support

I noticed that there's support for the Midi Fighter 64 but not the 3D.

it appears the existing Midi Fighter 64 implementation may work with the 3D from previous issues, but I have no way to test as mine hasn't arrived yet I highly suggest buying that sick New 3DS

Didn't check, but I assume that they more or less work identically. Adding it shouldn't be too much work. Will think about that.
