Error: Table acls for model Acl was not found in datasource default.

Using CakePHP v2.6.2

did you follow the link for the ACL Setup from the CakePHP Book from the readme file? There you can find the steps to generate the tables that appear as missing.

There's no reference in the official docs for a table called "acls"...
