I wrote a quick cffi-based wrapper to libfliff a while ago. It includes hooks into Pillow. It was something of a toy project and I haven't done much with it since then. Feel free to try and salvage anything that seems useful to you: https://git.oro.sodimm.me/taeyeon/pyimglibs

There is pyflif:

It's currently licensed as GPL rather than LGPL like the reference FLIF, though. I filed an issue requesting a license switch so I can consider flif for commercial software.
