[Suggestion] Loading of pre-loaded HaxxStation/Download Station ROMs

I think it should be possible to use Download Station ROMs without loading something else.

Like, for example, you could select <<Download Station Volume 1.nds>> from the menu, and it would serve it instead of sending it over Download Play with HaxxStation.

Pretty much the only reason why anyone would want to do this is to:

  • Serve more than one game at once

  • Not have everything stuck at "NDS File", "Hi.".
