Nintendont Oversized Image Support

Allows Nintendont to play oversized images, just like Swiss. Resolves https://github.com/FIX94/Nintendont/issues/1183

Many people have made forks of Nintendont for this purpose. I figure why not finally get this in mainline.

I have the latest version of Nintendont and I'm still getting system crashes with Shadow the Hedgehog Reloaded v1.2. I also tried turning on Unlock Read Speed and it still crashes/forces my console off.

I'm not sure why you commented here. This is a PR to get Oversized Images (like Reloaded 1.2) working on latest mainline Nintendont. Right now official Nintendont doesn't support Oversized Images.
