Game wont appear warning SD games was not found appears

I downloaded my roms and for some reason. On Nintendont it says there not found. I have a 32gb SanDisk SD card formatted properly and sonic hero’s downloaded. image image image

are you sure you dont have hidden extensions on your pc? so the iso is actually called game.iso.iso?

the game also crashes if I open it in Usb loader GX

instead of calling it game.iso just call it game if your pc is hiding extensions then its already .iso

I have tried renaming it to game and just iso idk how hat to do I have the right rom format and there showing up on other apps on the SD card just not on nintendont

Just a question where is your iso usb or sd?

maybe try making your folder name shorter like calling it only sonic heroes. are you sure its actually an iso? maybe check the md5 to see if it matches with redump.org use this
