update controllerconfigs/controllers.zip with latest controller configs

Hi could the controllers.zip be updated the configs added since it was updated 3 years ago? These were these ones missing from a glance at the dates:

• controller_Logitech_F310.ini 046D_C216.ini
• controller_brook_ps3_4_fighting_board.ini 0C12_0EF9.ini
• controller_ps5.ini 054C_0CE6.ini
• controller_psx_ps2_splitter.ini 0925_8866.ini

As it turns out, controllerconfigs/controller_Generic_GC Controller Adapter.ini is also missing from the zip file, which might explain why people have trouble getting a generic GC adapter to work

edit: controllerconfigs/controller_Genius_MaxFire G-12UV.ini is also missing
