The Sims 2 Pets running too fast
I'm having an issue with The Sims 2 Pets. The game is running very fast. My wii is an rvl-001 usa model and the iso was downloaded from the ntsc redump collection from archive.org. The Nintendont version is v6.498

the pal version seems to work better, despite this, there are still some minor speed issues during gameplay. i'm using a crt tv with component cable, when i choose "Force NTSC" in video mode option the screen goes black, I don't know if this problem is unique to this game. I believe it has nothing to do with the tv because I have the pal version of the sims 2 castaway for wii and it works fine in force ntsc mode. also i am running the games from usb loader gx, if this information is useful.

not all pal games can be forced to ntsc specially if they are 50hz ones only, did you tried forced ntsc and the setting patch 50hz or whatever that is called activated at the same time? sometimes it works.

yea. I also tried with pal50 patch and it didn't work.
I have the game (Pal version) on original DVD and I can confirm that it runs a little faster on Nintendont. In the disc channel, the game runs at normal speed.
