Android Studio problem after project built (not on robot Wi-Fi)

Problem after I built the project

not on the robot Wi-Fi, I got an error of:- No cached version of com.android.tools.lint:lint-gradle:31.5.1 available for offline mode.

I tried to question this problem on the FTC website but I had gotten no response after a week.
