UI - Rendering issues in IE

Multiple rendering issues in IE observed on Shepherd 0.9

  • Toast message sometimes appears very wide, see attachment
  • Description on Related Data Entities tab of Category Page - description does not wrap in result list, it goes on and on, see attachment
  • Data Object List grid displays incorrectly. The vertical scroll bar is waaaaaay longer than the grid, you have to scroll way down.
