Exclude results with specific Tags from Global Search

As a Data Analyst I want to exclude any result with a specific Tag from my global search so I can eliminate noise in my search that is making it difficult to find the results I am interested in.

Acceptance Criteria

• User can specify Tag(s) and/or Result Type to be excluded from Global Search
  • Exclusion applies as AND NOT condition to the existing criteria provided
  • If multiple Tags are supplied, any Category or Data Entity with either Tag is excluded
• Search results do not include any Categories that represent the supplied Tag(s) and do not include any Data Entities tagged with the supplied Tag(s) and do not include any Result Type supplied.
