Cloud Formation Template Times out

I adjusted the wait secs parameter to longer times but it still times out.

Hello lkbodine, hopefully I can help. The timeout can occur in various failure scenarios. There are a couple ways to troubleshoot...but first, what version of the template are you using?

Hello I am using version 0.38.0

We have a temporary problem that our GPG certificate has expired so the artifacts did not publish. These artifacts are required by the cloudformation template. The template unfortunately fails silently and times out, we could stand to improve the error handling there!

But the good news is that you can go back to 0.34.0 and that as been verified. If you just want to get a feel for Herd and go through the tutorial, there is not much difference between 0.34.0 and 0.38.0.
