UI - View pages in IE with proper formatting

As a Data Analyst I want to view pages with proper formatting so I don't get a poor impression of quality and/or feel like a second-class citizen

This story is a catch-all for various cosmetic issues with Shepherd page display in IE

Acceptance Criteria

• Data Entity page
  • The 'i' symbol on the schema card is not visible. You can mouse over it and see the hover text but you can't see it.
  • SME formatting is borked, see attachment
• Data Object Detail page
  • Status History is cut off
  • Files truncates vertically and has a scroll bar even with one file (see attachment)
• All Pages
  • Icons do not show on left nav. Text shows but no icons.
  • Icon for '?' does not show in header
  • Whole page renders too far to the right, it's not centered.
