UI - Navigate back to BData list with filters present

As a Data Analyst I want to navigate back to the BData list and have any filters I created still present so I don't have to re-enter them

Acceptance Criteria

• When navigating back to the BData list, any filters created and the values therein will be present
• The list will refresh based on the filters
• Works when using back button or links on page to move to previous page

Note: It should not save intermediate states that are accessible by the back button. For example if I create two filters, I should not have to hit back once to see one filter and then back again to see zero filters. All the filters should be considered together as one state.
