UI - View tabs that are more noticeable

As a Data Analyst that is new to the UI, I want to navigate to tabs intuitively so I can find out about columns and related Data Entities

In Usability testing, several users did not even notice the tabs (!!). They did not notice them when doing open-ended exploration of the page. Even when asked "where might you find information about the columns in this Data Entity" they still took a long time or were not able to locate the tab controls.

Acceptance Criteria

• Usability team approves of design
• Tab control has better visual indication of what is selected
• Title of non-selected tab looks more like an active link
• Above applied to all pages with tab controls: Category, Data Entity, Schema
