UI - View user created/modified timestamp on Data Entity page

As a Data Analyst I want to see who updated the Data Entity page and when so I can determine the freshness of the content

Acceptance Criteria

• User created/modified and timestamp appears on Data Entity page consistent with layout/look/feel of how it appears on Data Category page
• Display format is:
  • Created by username, last modified by username on date/timestamp.
• TECH NOTE - requires change to REST to add the audit fields to the response
