UI - Display support email link on all Category and Data Entity pages

As a Business Analyst I want to easily be able to contact support so I can get answers to data- or catalog-related questions

Acceptance Criteria

  • Link to support exists on the header on ALL pages
    • Link should appear consistent with mockup
  • Clicking link opens email to support in the email client registered to the user's browser
  • Support email and link text is configurable (okay to require re-deploy)
