UI - Home page does not render in IE

Steps to reproduce

  1. Navigate to home page in IE 11

Defective Behavior

  • Home page does not render at all. See attachment.

Desired Behavior

  • Home page renders as on Chrome.

Additional Information

  • Also if you try to navigate directly to any another page in IE, the exact same issue occurs - it renders the same as the attachment.
