UI - View Columns separately on Data Entity page

As a Business Analyst I want to view Data Entity Columns separately than other information so I can easily navigate large amounts of information

Layout and look/feel should be based on mockup

Acceptance Criteria

• Columns section is navigable and contains following ** BDef Columns, modified from current BDef Detail page as follows ** List must contain all Schema Columns from BDef's Descriptive Format ** Where BDef Column exists for a Schema Column, display full BDef Column information *** For columns with BDef Column information, display Name, Description, Physical Name, Data Type *** For columns with only Schema Column information, display only Physical Name, Data Type *** Sort by Name, Physical Name (Tech Note - sort on UI) Type ** TECH NOTE - use new BDef Column search introduced in #218 ** TECH NOTE - existing Format page does a similar weaving-together of Schema and BDef Columns
• Columns section should display immediately when user navigates - consider loading in background
