Upgrade to hive 0.14

Critically I need this https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HIVE-7090 fix. My code is in heavy use of temporary tables.

I have an experimental branch, branch Spark1.6.1, where the Hive version should be 1.2.1. If you checkout and build this branch, the version of HiveQLUnit produced should give you what you need. I've played with it a bit and so far it works; when I'm completely confident in that I'll merge this enhancement into the master branch.
