Stop DG by time option?

Now we can stop DG by:

• null (don't stop until it generate all possible data)
• number of generated records

IMHO, now it time of clouds and many of cloud providers charges by time. So, if some users want to avoid surprises (for example, because of errors in model or simple underestimation of input data's combinatorial) this feature can be useful.

So, let's add feature to stop generation after some time?

Possibly, adjust the rate of generation and optionally allow for unlimited run if time is 0 or -1 .
