获取CID为何需要PID

你好，我参考如下项目，用来根据IID获取CID，但是下面项目需要密钥的PID，实际我使用大佬软件获取的CID，无需PID，这个是如何实现，方便说明吗，谢谢 https://github.com/dadorner-msft/ActivationWs/tree/master/src/ActivationWs
