Remove californiacolleges.edu from the mailchecker spam list

I'm not sure if this is the correct place for this request. Our client California Colleges (californiacolleges.edu) is having trouble sending email to a vendor who subscribes to this spam list. California Colleges has valid SPF and DMARC configurations. Can they be removed from this spam list?
