Travis deploy FFIG for explorer

When FFIG is functional, implement a on_success travis step that deploys the image and/or container to be available to users of FFIG-explorer

Should this be moved to the REST API repository? Or is this referring to the ffig:vM.N release image (which ffig-explorer:vX.Y should be based on)?

(Where X, Y, M and N are version numbers for released versions of ffig).
