Text feature in Chart

Renders text in the chart along with the lanes. WIP

  • [X] Add Text Object
  • [X] Decode Text from .jac to render Text
  • [X] Added storyboard for Text's position and rotation
  • [x] Font Style (Roboto Mono, or other)
  • [x] Make text color storyboardable
  • [x] Fix Restart Bug
