Add demo for half-loaded waveguide - GSoC 2022

Currently there are no demos showing how to solve the eigenvalue problem for Maxwell's equations in DOLFINx. This pull request adds a demo for solving the half-loaded electromagnetic waveguide problem, which is a generalized non-Hermitian eigenvalue problem, and compares the obtained results with the analytical one.
