Add PML demo - GSoC 2022

Currently, there are no demos in DOLFINx showing how to implement perfectly matched layers (PMLs) for time-harmonic electromagnetic problems.

The aim of this pull request is to add such demo. In particular, the demo will show how to implement rectangular PML for a simple electromagnetic scattering problem in two dimensions (GSoC 2022).
