Guest thunks compiled twice

The cosmetic cmake include for IDEs somehow makes it to the build

  # Thunk targets for IDE integration of guest code, only
  add_subdirectory(ThunkLibs/GuestLibs)

This makes guest thunk take twice as long to compile
