Theoretically, this should be handled by the [Inspection Workbench](https://wiki.freecad.org/Inspection_Workbench) but it's a bit underdeveloped, to put it lightly. There's also [Macro HighlightDifference](https://wiki.freecad.org/Macro_HighlightDifference). Still, those should be just additional tools, likely...

@PaddleStroke I tested it, works very well. I just wonder - perhaps it shouldn't be possible to select both "Delete original geometries" and "Create symmetry constraints" at the same time...
