Hi Robert, Just done. Sorry, did not know I volunteered for this too, no worries, it made sense to do so.
I made some relatively minor changes direct to the markdown, roll back if you don't like them :-)
Made some minor changes during the review.
- clarity additions to state that fastq is RNA as well as RNA. + mentioning that it is genomic sequence
- letters to characters in relevant places and being more specific about IUPAC codes.
- added title to the main referred to paper
