The abstract reads:

In order to provide a transparent ‘Evaluation the recipe will:

• Define an abstract model to explain what data sharing is
• Define the common criteria for evaluating data sharing procedures
• Evaluate the common criteria against the LCSB offering
• Propose potential improvements for the LCSB offering
