@daniwelter I have created this issue to keep track of the status of the recipe. Peter and Rudi are not added to this repository as yet, but I will arrange that. If you have any comments on the progress, just leave it in here.

Revisit in a few months to create more general recipes on how to setup a template for other data types and also on how to maintain them (see also this issue). @daniwelter Would that sum up the follow up for this recipe?

@JolandaS That sums it up pretty well. We already have a stub for the general metadata template recipe from bits I moved out of the transcriptomics one.
