New recipe request: metadata for computational analysis
This recipe request came out of the ELIXIR BioHackathon: "New recipe on metadata for computation analysis (GALAXY, R Markdown), there is the workflow recipe but it could be another recipe with more details about what to capture for the reproducibity (log file)" The recipe should be cross-linked with the RDMkit page on Storage

Relevant to the VHP4Safety project (PBK, QSAR models/analyses), NanoSolveIT, and others too.
discussion during bookdash #22 (30.11.2022):
-
"minimal information checklist / metadata profile" to build in the workflow file ->
-
make explicit that workflow files should contain a license, the formats of inputs and outputs (e.g. EDAM term mark up in Galaxy workflow), etc..etc..
-
look at Workflowhub.eu and see: https://direct.mit.edu/dint/article/2/1-2/108/10003/FAIR-Computational-Workflows based on the RDMkit page: https://github.com/FAIRplus/the-fair-cookbook/pull/562
