New recipe request: metadata for computational analysis

This recipe request came out of the ELIXIR BioHackathon: "New recipe on metadata for computation analysis (GALAXY, R Markdown), there is the workflow recipe but it could be another recipe with more details about what to capture for the reproducibity (log file)" The recipe should be cross-linked with the RDMkit page on Storage

  • [ ] identify reviewer
  • [ ] conduct review
  • [ ] incorporate reviewer's comments
  • [ ] publish recipe

discussion during bookdash #22 (30.11.2022):

  • "minimal information checklist / metadata profile" to build in the workflow file ->

  • make explicit that workflow files should contain a license, the formats of inputs and outputs (e.g. EDAM term mark up in Galaxy workflow), etc..etc..
