Provide "glueing statement" & Improve introduction to sections and transition between sections

Context: Feedback from EFPIA [ Looks a bit like "just a bunch of recipes" - how are they connected? How do I know which one I need?] The point discussed during Cookbook dash #6

Action Item: We need “glue” and linking text to bring together the sections => Editorial board to provide this

I see three options here:

  1. check all recipes and link each of them to the relevant ones.
  2. develop a "recipe map" to show the links
  3. develop a set of "menus" that link several recipe to complete several "use cases"

or we any combination of the three.

@weiguUL thx for input. Regarding 1. , this should become one aspect of the review (and the writing) so authors have this in mind as well. Very much like 2 and 3, maybe something to work on during the F2F meeting
