Explaining the structure of the recipes

We have several sections that could actually use some explanation -- what is a "Capability & Maturity Table" good for, what vocabulary / terms are used in the "FAIRification Objectives, Inputs and Outputs" sections. (Potentially: other sections of the recipe, too).

Brought up by @vioannid in his cookbook evaluation for the webinar.
