notebook execution on binder not longer works following migration to jb10.2 from legacy

  • [ ] consult jupyterbook doc + issue tracker
  • [ ] check _config.yml file (on jb legacy, not configuring from master caused pb, (afaict)
  • [ ] requirements.txt probably missing notebook execution specific dependencies
  • [ ] investigation how to filter md cell added to the notebook for the sole purpose of rendering in book itself (no use in Jupyter notebook)

hi @proccaserra , just to let you know -- I noticed that the Dockerfile I use for local building got executed by binder (once upon a time.... i don't remember sharply, but I think it is with the migrating branch). I guess that binder assumes we want it to prepare a runner with the Dockerfile provided in the root -- which is of course wrong. You can move the Dockerfile somewhere else to test. Hope that already fixes it? Best, Robert
