Ladder/TMM Color Preference Chooser

It would be a nice QoL feature for people to be able to choose their color preferences for ladder/TMM. This could be implemented in a way that lets users rank their color preferences, and users get their highest-ranked available color upon joining the ladder/TMM lobby.
