Locales other than Latin do not work

I can switch to other keyboard locales, but letters do not appear when I type em. Copying letters outside of the lobby and pasting em in works. I can also see other's non-latin letters just fine. Non-letter symbols do appear regardless of locale.

Ubuntu 22.04, latest WINE. Please fix.

I actually managed to fix it once by adding export LC_ALL="ru_RU.UTF-8" into launchwrapper-env, but after one of the recent upgrades this stopped working, so I also don't have anything but English anymore :(
