MassCost: 3000 > 2550 (-15%)
BuildRate: 120 > 135 (+13%)
BuildTime: 4097 > 4100 (-0%)
T2FabAjd: -0.0075 > -0.0125 (-67%)
T3FabAdj: -0.0375 > -0.2 (+433%)
