[Bug]: Scorcher starts throwing bombs all over when `AttackGroundTries` triggers
Describe the Bug
The Scorcher (UEF tech 1 bomber) throws bombs all over the place when AttackGroundTries triggers.
Reproduce the bug
Spawn in one or several Scorchers. Issue two attack ground orders and then a move order. The moment a scorcher switches between orders it will throw all but the first bombs all over the place.

The Janus, that has a similar attack pattern, does not have this behavior.
