Upgrade Stats

Energy Accelerator:

- Main Cannon Damage: +200 > +400

Personal Sheild Generator:

- HP: +0hp > +6500hp

C-D3 Engie Drone:

- Build Rate: +35 > +51

Reasoning

• Jamming gets moved to the right arm so the support preset can have all 3 support upgrades (jamming/sensor/shield field)
• Shield Field should no longer have the first shield as a requirement (similar as what we did to uef ACU shield upgrades)

How "big" is this jamming field? because unless its made HUGE I think it should just be rolled into another upgrade, maybe even into the sensor upgrade.
