Update full share description

This updates the full share description in the lobby settings to be accurate again. The behaviour was changed with PR #3712 some time ago. I didn't update all languages because I don't understand them all.

Could you remove the translation for the other languages? Better to have an accurate english description, than an inaccurate non-english description.

I updated it, I got some updated translations for some of them, too.
