Auto Balance lobby button always puts players in order of rating

Describe the bug The auto balance button always orders the players in the slots from highest to lowest. This leads to very stale positioning unless the host manually adjusts it.

To Reproduce Press the button multiple times across games and observe highest rated is always at top

Expected behavior Should randomly place pairs
