Suggestion: Show players not connected to IRC when they are connected to FAF

I guess this migth not be wanted behavior and also might need server support.
But I find it annoying when I see someone in a game lobby, and I want more info about them. I can't just search them up and click more info/view replays. IMO everyone online, at least anyone in an active multiplayer lobby or game should be searchable and shown online.
tl;dr If you are connected to faf and are getting game data. you should also be connected to IRC or at least shown online but unavailable if not(so you are searchable).

Interesting suggestion, theoretically, if you're connected to FAF you should also be connected to the IRC, if you aren't, then the problem is at a different location, we should try our best to ensure that doesn't happen. But as this isn't a big issue cause there is actually no server side support needed/ is already there, I think it should be implemented as a fallback strategy as the IRC is currently failing sometimes.
Also we should consider creating a way of viewing profile/statistics for offline players.
Another case it will happen is if someone is chat banned. Still useful for me to see if they are online for playing. But maybe your not supposed to see if they are... idk :P
At the moment there is no way to know when a player has signed off other than them logging out of the IRC so a player logout message would need to be added to the server to do this.
