Bug when deleting managed maps

Describe the bug When deleting maps in the manage installed maps window the name of the map itself is not deleted (and thus the remaining maps below the deletion point are misnamed/offset).

To Reproduce Go to Maps, Managed installed maps, delete a map (click on the rubbish bin), observe the misnamed maps.

Expected behavior The name of the map should be deleted as well.
