Improve server messages about matchmaking

At the moment the client displays the raw server messages, for example when a found match times out, or when you get a short ban for failing to connect to matchmaker games. These messages were not intended to be shown directly to the average player and as such they create a lot of confusion.

A more user friendly explanation what exaclty is happening would improve the situation a lot. When you fail to connect the message could maybe even suggest to disable IPv6 to try to resolve connection issues as that seems to be a major cause of them.
