allow sorting players by rating

As the title states. Being able to sort players by ladder and global rating would be very useful for setting up games.

It should be possible to wrangle existing code to change the sorting method (though ideally it will happen after the elusive chat refactor).

Ignoring friends (and foes) sorting all players, or friend and not-friends are sorted apart?

Sort all players ignoring whether they are friends or not. For foes I am not sure.
