Put the wiki in the client

Having the wiki available through the client would be nice, in it's own tab, or perhaps incorporated into the new tutorial tab?

There is a link in the client (top right screen >> links >> wiki ) but I guess that's kinda hidden and no one goes there. I think we want to avoid opening a web browser in the client (may be wrong on that), but if that's the case we could add a link in the tutorial tab for example.

We could spread out the links in the top menu (visible!). (maybe loose some and loose 'links').
