Show whether a game is rated or not on the Play tab

Just a suggestion, this information would be nice to have, especially for new players.

This info isn't sent to us from the server, and we don't get info about game settings. Best we could do is probably guess it's ranked based on whether there are mods on, but you could also unrank the game by changing settings.

tl;dr implementing it properly would take server & lobby support.

The problem is that we could only display if it's currently ranked. Whether a game is ranked isn't decided until several minutes into the game.

We would maybe have to add a "Custom ranked game" mode that restricts the settings available in the lobby.
